It may depend on eternal lack of time or in a limited number of available seats on courses. But it is still difficult to find the right online course because of poor course offer, unmature course model or technical problems. I hear often from people I met, that “It would be very cool if we could learn something intressting at home”. Myself I tried to teach my friends simple web development, but I found it difficult both for me as a teacher and for students.
